• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modiro Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
